Their difference on the major issues is minimal; both would attempt to get the job done. So I ask myself who could have a better chance of getting elected in the fall AND a better chance to succeed given our current political environment — a member of the Washington status quo who has the experience and intelligence to influence to get results R an insurgent who seeks a different kind of politics where citizens come together around a common purpose to force Washington to sit up and take notice if they want to get re-elected. There is an excellent website where I found MY answer. thinkonthesethings. comI believe I am intelligent and have the ability to get beyond the media spin and swiftboating to vote based on the facts.

Third I hope that we can re-purpose the Miller building for an opt-in small public high school thus demonstrating the benefits of a small school while putting a soon-to-be-vacant building to continued use as a neighborhood school. A small 6-12 school might be just the ticket to improve the problems with poor K-12 achievement high dropout rates and bullying. Make your voice known to the Cabell County school system and Board of Education. The bigger the outcry the more likely we are to get results that we like.

At the end of January 2007 the 7th WSF was held in Nairobi the Kenyan capital where the organizers tirelessly repeated how happy they were to hold it for the first time in the African continent. According to the official discourse of those days realizing the event there would provide support for the struggles of local organizations connect with the problematics of the continent and help build bridges with its progressive elements.
