I can’t imagine many people would want to. Speaking as someone who regularly works with both UNIX and Windows-based hosting it makes sense if you already have a need for Windows-based hosting – and you want to use WordPress as well. It’s also not terribly difficult considering that PHP and MySQL both run just fine on Windows-based servers and so does Apache for that matter.
