There are many blogging programs available out there but I have chosen the three top free contenders. You will hear me say again in the future that you get what you pay for but in this case these products being free does not stop them from actually being some of the best tools out there. The three easiest to use best free blog sites are Google’s Blogger Microsoft’s LiveJournal and WordPress. There are other ‘pay to host my blog’ sites like Movable Type’s TypePad or Movable Type (both great products) but for the inexperienced they should get the hang of blogging first before paying someone for the privledge. With all of these products it is simple to make a blog and you can be up and running in about 15-30 minutes. All you have to do is register with the website fill out your profile with as little or as much data as you like and chose a theme (the appearance of the blog including colors graphics and basic layout).
